The World Out of Home Organization has elected two new board members. Elizabeth McIntyre, CEO of Australia's Outdoor Media Association (OMA) has joined the board of the World Out of Home Organization along with Felipe Viante co-founder of b.drops and President of the Brazilian Out of Home Association (ABOOH.)
McIntyre, a former Disney executive, has proved to be a dynamic leader of Australia's Out of Home trade association, some of whose initiatives have been adopted by other trade bodies worldwide.
Viante's b.drops is known for its leading role in indoor media covering salons, gyms, and barbershops in Brazil . Viante has also played a leading role in the on-going development of ABOOH which along with Central de Outdoor make up the two main OOH Trade Associations.

Elizabeth McIntyre has emerged as the driving force behind Australia’s out-of-home media transformation since joining the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) and MOVE in April 2023. With over two decades of diverse leadership experience, she has become the sector’s most visible advocate.
Under McIntyre’s guidance, the OMA has modernised measurement through the MOVE system, which is set to go live in March 2026, expanded membership to include Just Look Media, Locus Outdoor, TechMedia and yStop, and established the inaugural OMA Awards celebrating creative excellence.
Before OMA, Elizabeth led Think Brick Australia and held executive positions at Walt Disney Television and the Australian Turf Club. Her impressive credentials include a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in International Business, and leadership training at Harvard Business School.
McIntyre’s advocacy emphasizes accountability, sustainability and technological innovation in OOH media. Through her leadership, she is fundamentally reshaping how advertisers, agencies and media owners value outdoor advertising in Australia and beyond.

Felipe Viante is the co-founder of b.drops and President of ABOOH (Brazilian Out of Home Association). A leader in indoor media across salons, gyms, and barbershops in Brazil, he specializes in turning everyday spaces into powerful communication channels for major brands.
With a strategic, practical, and results-driven approach, he leads the expansion of b.drops, always focused on innovation and connecting with audiences. Outside of work, he balances family life, sports, travel, and new challenging projects.
